Morning Star Center has 18 classes that are arranged according to age of discretion, disability types and intervention models to optimize the quality of intervention and ensure the safety for the children, the Center always focuses on the layout.

Morning Star Center is a NGO, non-profit organization founded in 1995 under the governance of Vietnam Relief Association for handicapped chidren. The center carries the missions of providing services of early detection, early intervention for children with intellectual disabilities including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, mental delay, sensory disorders, ADHD and developmental disorder – asperger, autism spectrum disorder. Besides, the center implements education programs including pre-primary education, vocational training programs.  

Responding to the trust of parents in the quality of intervention of teachers in Morning Star Center, the Center always learn and learn knowledge of advanced and effective interventions in the world. education for children with intellectual disabilities, autism. Currently, the Center offers the following individualized therapies with a variety of interventions so that parents can make the most appropriate choice for their children according to the circumstances and conditions.

There are recently many institutions providing care, intervention services and assessment for children with autism and developmental disabilities. However, there are only very few centers that are as professional as Morning Star Center.

Morning Star Center is located at No. 6, Alley 9 Hoang Dao Thuy Street, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi. Morning Star Center, directly under Vietnamese Relief Association for handicapped children, was founded on December 11, 1995 by Mrs. Do Thuy Lan, an outstanding doctor, a specialist in mental health therapy,  former Vice Director of Hanoi Mental Health Hospital, Director of Mai Huong daycare mental health hospital, Vice-president (1st & 2nd period) and a  member of the Executive Board of Vietnamese Relief Association for handicapped children.

Morning Star center is proud of our staffs who are qualified teachers and managers full of enthusiasm, creativity and experiences. The teachers at Morning Star center often attend intensive trainings on skill and program assessment, preschool education and special education methods and pediatric psychology.
