After a period of time accompanying Angels' Haven to implement the project "Vocational rehabilitation pilot project for Youth with Disabilities in Hanoi, Vietnam" (VET) from April 2022 to October 2023, Morning Star Center has successfully provided 3 training courses, each course with 23 students learning bartending and baking skills directly at the center. On the morning of September 20, 2023, Mr. Ngo Sach Thuc - Chairman of the Vietnam Relief Association For Handicapped Children (VINARAHC) and the delegation including: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lang - Head of the Association's propaganda department; Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung - Association officer visited and gave 30 gifts to Morning Star Center on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival. On September 11-13, 2023, Ms. Hiromi Oka, lecturer at the Department of Social Welfare at Hanazono University, worked directly with children in class groups of Morning Star Center on a program called "Creating Music". Using simple, familiar tools, she created interesting and effective therapeutic activities for children undergoing intervention at the center.

This morning, July 27, 2023, on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, Life Skills class 3 organized an extracurricular activity to visit the martyrs' cemetery with the theme "when drinking water, remember its source". Extracurricular activities are full of humanistic meaning, educating students the tradition of gratefulness to Uncle Ho's soldiers so that they'd vow to try their best to study and work, contributing to their homeland and country.

To contribute to the uniqueness of the Vietnam-US Friendship Cultural Festival at Hanoi Book Street on the occasion of the two countries celebrating 28 years of establishing diplomatic relations and 10 years of establishing comprehensive partnership, the program was organized by Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations (HAUFO), Vietnam-US Friendship Association of Hanoi City on the morning of July 15, 2023. On the occasion of the Month of Action for Children, the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children organized a workshop: "Spread the love and support children with disabilities in their integration into the community". The conference was attended by leaders of a number of departments, ministries, branches, related organizations, and experts in the fields of state management, law, education, psychology and social studies.

On June 5, Morning Star was pleased to welcome a group of 8 French students majoring in speech therapy from Clerment - Ferrand University and 2 doctors from Lao Cai Rehabilitation Hospital to exchange and study at the center until June 15, 2023. This is an exchange, cooperation and support program for mutual development between Morning Star and the Vietnam Cooperation for Children (Enfance Partenariat Viet Nam, abbreviated as EPVN).

Today, May 17, 2023, Morning Star center held an interesting and loving exchange with students of St. Mary's International School. Representative of the board of directors of St. Mary's, Mr. Darrin Barker, Principal of the Preschool and Primary School, led a group of students and a few teachers to the center to interact with and give gifts to the children studying here.

Yesterday, April 18, Morning Star Center held a live sharing session with a group of parents whose children are studying at the center with a very special guest. This mother is an international mother whose child has been living in Vietnam for 2 years. Her son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Syndrome (ADHD) when he was 4 years old. She encountered many difficulties in the process of caring for and intervening for him right from the beginning.
