Năm 2025 đánh dấu chặng đường 10 năm xây dựng và phát triển của Hiệp hội Vì Giáo Dục Cho Mọi Người Việt Nam (VAEFA) – một hành trình đầy tâm huyết vì một nền giáo dục không ai bị bỏ lại phía sau. VAEFA đã góp phần quan trọng trong việc thúc đẩy giáo dục hòa nhập, nâng cao nhận thức xã hội về quyền học tập suốt đời, đặc biệt với nhóm yếu thế như người khuyết tật, phụ nữ, trẻ em và người dân tộc thiểu số.

To kick off a warm summer, the Sao Mai Center for Consultation, Early Detection, and Early Intervention was honored to welcome seven third-year students majoring in Speech and Language Therapy from the University Training Center of Clermont-Ferrand (France) for an internship focused on learning, exchanging expertise, and cross-cultural professional engagement. Though the internship period was brief, it left a lasting impression—not only on the international students but also on the dedicated teachers and special-needs children at Sao Mai.

On January 15th, the Vietnam Relief Association for handicapped children  held the conference to review its work of 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025 . Sao Mai: 29 Years of Commitment to a Brighter Future for Children with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Today, December 11, 2024, Sao Mai Center joyfully celebrates its 29th anniversary (December 11, 1995 - December 11, 2024). This milestone marks nearly three decades of bringing hope and a brighter future to children with intellectual disabilities and autism. Over the years, Sao Mai Center has continuously developed special education programs to support early intervention for young children, rehabilitation programs, and life skills training for adolescents. Today, December 3 – the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Morning Star Center extends its heartfelt wishes to all our students and the disability community. This is a moment to reflect on the extraordinary efforts, resilience, and proud achievements that individuals have accomplished throughout their challenging and inspiring journeys.

The delegation was introduced to Morning Star Center’s intervention model and its achievements over nearly 30 years in early detection and intervention, as well as care for children with intellectual disabilities and autism. Delegation members toured the classrooms, therapy rooms, and recreational spaces for the students and expressed their admiration for the learning environment and facilities at Morning Star Center.

In the developmental journey of children with special needs, the role of parents is incredibly important.
