Morning Star Center is a NGO, non-profit organization founded in 1995 under the governance of Vietnam Relief Association for handicapped chidren. The center carries the missions of providing services of early detection, early intervention for children with intellectual disabilities including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, mental delay, sensory disorders, ADHD and developmental disorder – asperger, autism spectrum disorder. Besides, the center implements education programs including pre-primary education, vocational training programs.
